Q1. Are pets and same sex groups acceptable?
A: Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. In addition we do not accept same sex groups as primarily Devon Cliffs is a family orientated park.

Q2. Are entertainment passes included in your price?
A: Entertainment Passes are an optional extra to the stated rental cost of the holiday home.

Q3. Are there any additional costs to the listed price?
A: The price excludes entertainment passes, but includes bed linen, hand and bath towels, gas and electric. We do require a £100 security deposit in addition to the listed price, however this will be refunded should the caravan be left clean and tidy and free of damage from the date of your arrival. Refund of the security deposit is usually made within 7 days of your departure.

Q4. Do you offer discounts for multiple week bookings?
A: Yes we do. A two week booking would currently receive a £50 discount on the combined weekly list price. This may be more or less subject to our discression and special offers available at the time of booking. 

Q5. How do I make a booking and do you require a deposit?
A: You can make an online booking via our price and availability section by clicking 'Book Now' against the week required. A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance required no later than 28 days prior to your holiday commencement date. Please feel free to contact us by other methods regarding bookings should you wish to dicuss any issues concerning the booking procedure or have questions relating to the caravan and park facilities. 

Q6. What payment methods do you accept?
A: Currently we prefer payment by cheque but can accept payment by credit/debit card via paypal if desired. 

Q7. Will I receive booking confirmation and how do I collect keys?
A: On receipt of the initial deposit you will receive a full confirmation pack in the post together with an acknowledgement letter. On receipt of balance payment a written invoice will be sent in the post with the relevant documentation allowing you to collect keys and passes at your "Meet and Greet" on arrival.

Q8. Do you offer holiday insurance?
A: No. Personal travel insurance remains the responsibility of all occupants whether individual or as a group on the whole. 

Q9. At what time may I occupy the caravan on date of arrival?
A: You may not occupy the caravan until 4pm on the date of arrival. Please ensure that you vacate the caravan by 10am on the date of your departure, allowing us time to prepare the caravan for the following occupants. For an additional £15 you can have an express check-in time of 1pm. All arriving guests will benefit from our "Meet & Greet" service, cutting out the long queues incurred at reception. There is no additional charge for this service. 

Q10. How Do I Get There?
A: Please refer to our park location section. 

Q11. What Will I Need To Bring With Me?
A: Our caravan holiday home is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. All bed linen, hand, bath & tea towels are also provided. You will need to bring towels for use in the pool area and on the beach as these are NOT SUPPLIED. Please remember to bring your key release form (issued on full balance payment).

Q12. Do you have a minimum age for occupants?
A: Yes....our caravan is ideally suited to adults however, we will accept responsible older children to stay with the minimum age being 13. In addition the site rules dictate that the hirer of the caravan be at least 25.
